Rhonda Spencer Owner + Managing Principal Broker Email: [email protected] Rhonda is the owner and managing Principal Broker for Portland Northwest Realty Group. She came to the Pacific Northwest 17 years ago from Northern California, fell in love with the area, and bought her first farmhouse bungalow in the Alberta neighborhood of Portland in 2006. She went on to buy several more homes in Portland, finally settling in Vancouver, WA in 2020. Rhonda brings a love of history, interior and garden design to the work that she does with real estate. She specializes in working with first-time buyers and strongly believes that housing should be accessible to everyone. She currently lives in a restored and remodeled 1950's mid-century modern home on almost an acre of land with her two dogs and husband. She enjoys spending her free time shopping at estate sales, exploring wineries and breweries, and working in her expansive organic vegetable garden and fruit orchard. Rhonda is licensed in Oregon and Washington.     |
