Low Desk Fees

Today's real estate agent spends most of thier time in a home office when not out with clients. We recognize this and provide you with the tools you need to operate wherever you choose to work. We offer low desk fees and two ways to pay them. There is no extra charge for having a license in both Oregon and Washington.


Upfront option: $6000 upfront fee per year and you keep 100% of all commissions. $150 per transaction fee.


Percentage cap option: 35/65  split up to $9000 cap per calendar year, then you keep 100% of all commissions. $150 per transaction fee.

Portland and SW Washington Office Spaces

Sometimes you need an alternative to working from your home office or want to meet with clients in a more professional setting. We provide office spaces in Portland Oregon  at Regus Center  and in Vancouver Washington at the historic Providence Academy Building in Officers Row, so you can meet with your clients where and when you want to.

Transaction software, forms and insurance

We offer all of our agents paid monthly subscriptions to the following software and forms services. Its all included in your yearly desk fee.

E +O Insurance

We offer a discounted rate for yearly E+O insurance coverage.

We offer robust marketing support for our Agents. Everything from your own website to assisted social media posting and custom marketing content.

  • Two personalized For Sale posts and signs, two -Open House posts and signs (additional signs can be purchased at $300 per post and sign)
