Real estate negotiations are both a skill and an art. Rhonda Spencer, broker for Urban Nest Realty in Portland Oregon, uses children's toys to simply explain how real estate negotiation works to help both parties get what they want from a deal.

Rhonda has been the biggest blessing. My husband and I were first time home-buyers in Portland, OR, and she answered all of our incessant questions with patience and enthusiasm at all hours of the day.
