How I do it

  • I always use professional photography. Professional photos will sell your home faster and for more—every time!
  • I'll make videos to showcase in our Social Media ads, on our websites, and in our email marketing blasts to illuminate your home’s best features and make buyers really get a feel for your home. I never stop promoting your home!
  • Custom informational, full color flyers that will help inform and grab buyer’s eyes.
  • Shared calendars of important dates with regular check-ins and updates keeps you on top of progress.  Check-ins throughout the transaction help you stay informed about market shifts and statistics that affect your sale in real time.
