My Approach

I believe that owning a home should be accessible to everyone and I make it my mission to put the "real" in real estate. I believe in collaboration and education and want to make sure my clients understand the process from our first meeting. I treat all my clients the way I treat my friends and family; with kindness, a listening ear, a desire to help and see you live your dream. I believe in making relationships last longer than just the transaction.

My Story

I have a love of homes and a deep belief that home ownership is both personally and financially rewarding. I truly believe that owning your own home can change your life. I have a passion for education and collaboration and will make sure you feel taken care of and heard.

I became a Realtor because I love helping my clients find the perfect place to live, or to help them sell and move on to their next adventure in life. First time buyers are my specialty. I make it a focus of my business to give them the knowledge and guidance they need when buying their first home.

My brokerage is Urban Nest Realty, my managing Principal Broker is Karen Bilsing. I am a  licensed Principal Broker in Oregon and a Managing Broker in Washington.

I build trust with my clients by being honest and putting their needs before my own, always.  Making the process as seamless and rewarding as possible is my goal with every interaction we have together.  You will always feel taken care of, and you will never be confused or feel like I have given you less than 100% of my attention and service.

I treat my clients with respect, kindness and confidentiality. The relationships I build with them last longer than just the transaction, and my goal is to make friends as well as clients. If you become my client, you can expect to have little surprises sent to you every quarter. Just to make sure that you know that you are very special to me!

Community

Giving back is very important to the way I live my life and run my business. I have volunteered on several local non-proft organizations such as the Affordable Housing board of the St. Johns Center for Opportunity, cooking for  Our House of Portland, and helping to build homes for  Habitat for Humanity. All of these non-profits work towards increasing the diversity and livability of Portland and SW Washington.

Education + Training

I stay at the top of my game with education and training on the very latest in real estate, and attend topic-specific webinars, classes and seminars monthly.
